· The system employs a direct connection between the air duct and bottle feed mechanism, featuring an innovative bottle-dividing clamping mechanism at the feed wheel. Bottles are conveyed using a bottleneck clamping technology. The specially designed all-stainless steel bottle clamp ensures durability without contacting the bottle neck threads, effectively preventing secondary contamination. Equipped with a high-efficiency spray nozzle, the flushing water is directed at a preset angle to thoroughly clean all interior surfaces while conserving water usage.

· The bottle holder and the flip mechanism are equipped with German igus corrosion-resistant maintenance-free bearings.The stainless steel bottle holder enables quick transfer between bottle types, minimizing the required time for switching; equipped with high-precision, high-speed semi-electromechanical isobaric filling valves to meet production capacity requirements.

· The level of filling cylinder is controlled by analog level detection element and precision control valve respectively. The level float ball gives the level signal to control the opening degree of pneumatic film control valve on the main liquid pipeline to ensure the accuracy of filling cylinder level and avoid the level fluctuation caused by feeding impact.

· The cap is secured by magnetic torque device to ensure sealing quality and torque requirements. Bottle bottom support plate is a spiral descending curve, which can change bottle shape without adjusting the height of machine and bottle bottom support chain.

The bottle cap detection mechanism is used to control the start and stop of the bottle cap hoist. The cover guide rail is equipped with a mechanism to prevent the reverse cover from passing through and the reverse cover from being removed. The spray nozzles are arranged in a reasonable position and equipped with imported high-efficiency spray nozzles, so that the bottle cap can be fully rinsed. The water spray zone and the sterile gas spray zone are effectively isolated to prevent water crossover and ensure optimal drying performance. The bottle cap operates smoothly, meeting the requirements of the high-speed filling production line. The pipeline is equipped with manual and pneumatic valves, which are easy to control.
 

This system guarantees each bottle is securely pressed into the labeling position, eliminating misalignment caused by the bottle's inherent verticality errors. (Since blow-molded bottles may have height variations, the segmented pressing mechanism ensures every bottle is vertically aligned when entering the labeling zone.)
